Terms of Service

GENERAL
✧ Please be kind. Any rude behavior against me during the commission process will result in me canceling the commission.
✧ Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game, series, etc may be used by me for anything (like making my own merch out of it for instance).
✧ I have the right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level will not meet your request.
✧ Reposting and sharing the art commission is OKAY as long as you CREDIT ME.
✧ Please provide detailed description of your request as well as visual references. Little to no references or details may result in me taking more creative liberty, which may or may not be what you wanted. Providing full references helps me do better in fulfilling your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
✧ Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work and a watermarked version of it as well. No physical product will be delivered.PAYMENTS
✧ All payments will be through Vgen. If there is an issue, be sure to discuss it with me.
✧ There will be 2 segment of the payment process. Segment 1 is that I must be paid half of the price once you have sent me a commission request and I have accepted it. Segment 2 is that the other half of the price must be paid after I finish the commission work, get your approval and send it to you. However, I am flexible so if there is a specific way you would like to pay me, then please let me know.REVISIONS
✧ I am able to do 5-10 revisions as long as we can communicate through the process.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✧ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Please give me a month max to complete the commission just in case anything arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!
✧ I will be doing 1 or 2 commissions at a time, so please keep in mind that it may take awhile for me to respond (through the contact you provided in the commission form) to your request.USE
✧ Commissions are priced based on personal-use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. For commercial-use commissions, you will be charged a fee of $50 (USD) along with the type of commission you requested.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✧ I own all rights to the artwork. Putting my artwork into any A/I is not allowed.
✧ I am allowed to include my art commission works in my art portfolio.REFUNDS
✧ I will not be accepting any refunds if the commission is already finished and sent.COMMUNICATION
✧ PROPER COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Please let me know exactly what you want and don't be afraid to voice out your opinions.
